I can't really give you my ratios because they are much better than most other people because most of my sales come from extremely targeted sites. On my TGPs, most of them convert at around 1:400 - 1:800, which is about average, I believe. Well, here they are:

Adult Alchemy - Pays $35 for every free join. Roughly 40 sites last I checked. Several niches, has one of the only free creampie pay-style sites around.

Adult Paymaster - Been using these guys for a while now & received quite a few checks from them. They pay $30-40 per trial signup, $50 for a full join, or 60% revshare. Weekly payouts, $100 sign-up bonus, and build your own tour options.

Fetish Hits - Pays $35-40 per sale or 60-70% revshare. Over 80 sites in their portfolio and many FHGs to accompany. They also have a wide range of niches, not just fetish.

FlashCash - One of the first programs I ever joined. They pay $20-30 per trial signup and $40-50 per full join...or 50-65% revshare. Received a few checks from them and they've paid on time for over a decade now.

Pimproll - HUGE portfolio of nearly 400 sites, cool prizes you can buy with points from sales, $30-45 per signup or 65% revshare. Low payout threshold and weekly payment.

PussyCash - The first or second program I ever joined alongside Flashcash. Haven't promoted them much but they offer up to a whopping $100 per signup to their site - IMLive.com. They have quite a few cam & dating sites that, according to them, convert quite well. 50% revshare option also available.

Reality Cash - Joined these guys a while back but really just didn't make a ton of sales with them so I ended up pushing other sites harder. They were one of the first to up the ante to $40 per sale and they even offer $40 console-free. High quality exclusive content but limited site selection. Owned by Adult.com. Also has 65% revshare, build your own tour, and build your own gallery options.

Sunny Dollars - Over 140 sites in their portfolio and they never use consoles. They pay $25-35 per signup or 60% revshare. Tons of promo tools and quite a few FHG's. Build your own tour and RSS feeds are available, as well. Weekly payouts.

Topbucks - Pays $35-42 per sale or 70% revshare. Many promo tools available such as banners, FPAs, HPAs, RSS feeds, flash videos, etc. Rather large portfolio - a lot of it consisting of reality sites such as Her First Big Cock, She Got Pimped, etc.
